EIMs
Employee and Channel Relationship Management applications make it
easy for participants, program managers and senior executives to
access information and use the tools they need to effectively manage
the 'performance relationship'. Using a performance portal, users
can build personalized pages from a menu of all the resources available
to our clients or participate in collaborative communities. New
components can be added to enhance effectiveness as necessary. Ultimately,
both traditional and non-traditional performance influencers are
integrated so the full spectrum of the relationship between manager
and employee can be understood and enhanced.
