The EIM debit card will be completely customized with your company logo and sales incentive program theme. EIM can also provide a full range of associated debit card communications and promotional materials, such as transaction register booklets, program announcement pieces and more, giving you one-stop shopping for your complete debit card program.

A key point of EIM difference is that EIM operates essentially like a bank. We have a direct link to a card processor and, therefore, have access to all transaction information. That provides our clients and participants with virtually instant information regarding deposits and spending transactions. Another point of difference is EIM's in-house customer service. Instead of utilizing a bank-like customer service operation, EIM takes its customer-centric focus to your debit card participants, answering phones, responding to questions and providing on-the-spot answers because we maintain the account information in-house. Participants will have access to a toll-free number that provides:
•	Live Multi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST, five-days a week. EIM CSRs will assist participants with lost or stolen card issues, balance inquiries and transactions questions.
•	A 24-hour a day/7-day a week automatic Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for balance inquiry. The IVR will be custom-scripted to the theme of the program - without bank commercials for unrelated products such as IRAs and car loans.
•	From 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM EST, our card-processing partner will answer the telephone to address lost/stolen card issues.

EIM can provide a secure program website that provides participants with detailed personal balance information, updated daily Monday - Friday. This site can also be used to communicate program rules and award information. Equally important, management access leads to secure summary reporting, with drill-down capabilities tailored to your needs.
