Full-service telecommunications company wanted to move beyond the traditional sales incentive program and establish a program that could be integrated throughout the company and its sales channels, to create a performance culture that permeated the organization. They also wanted a vehicle through which they could communicate and reinforce their annual corporate objectives to all of their channels.
The program is themed and has a new logo every year to integrate with current corporate objectives. Multiple award vehicles, including merchandise and group travel, are used to make sure all areas of the company are aligned with the corporate objectives. Debit card is the award vehicle of choice across the entire enterprise.
Program Overview
Award opportunities include Group Travel for top performers, debit card points, and individual incentive travel.
Program participants have the opportunity to earn the top performer trip based on performance.
Program participants earn the trip based on annual sales performance rankings, as well as allotted wild card trip slots.
Program participants earn debit card points throughout the program year via contests and promotions for sales of specific products and services.
Debit card points are earned in short-term products promotions and contests.
Extensive program communications have been used to communicate the corporate objectives. The communications include: Four-color printed announcement, Multimedia CD-Rom, Posters, Post Cards, Ceiling Danglers, Monthly and quarterly promotional performance statements.
A fully interactive, multimedia web site contains electronic performance statements, top performer trip information, program rules, debit card account statements/transaction details, web-based shopping mall, and other program resources.
