The
program has consistently exceeded the client's expectations.
Through survey feedback as well as client contact feedback,
we know that program participants are extremely satisfied with
the versatility of the debit card because it is accepted anywhere
Visa is accepted.
Turnaround time for deposit of award points is significantly
improved compared to the services that were offered by previous
incentives vendors.
The breadth and quality of services offered by EIM is unparalleled
by previous incentives vendors.
A comprehensive website, including real-time bank accounts,
destination information, and trip rankings are excellent resources
for participants. Participants enjoy the flexibility of being
able to access this information on the web whenever they want.
Client has awarded the program to EIM
for four consecutive years, and has just signed an LOA to partner
with EIM on their sales incentive programs through 2006.
