And we don’t stop there. We use a portal-based solution that enables the development and implementation of multiple programs for multiple departments and participant audiences across an organization. A portal can support channel sales incentives, employee and peer-to-peer recognition tools, learning and variable reward applications – each with specific rule sets, dynamic content and reporting based on participant login. These applications are hosted in our data center at our Dayton headquarters using ASP-style hosting. There isn’t any software to install on participants’ computers, and there is no direct integration of the application with your internal systems. Instead, interfaces are created for the exchange of information between systems as needed, typically through automated encrypted file exchanges.
