Situation Overview
Client needed to increase sales of finance and insurance products through its dealership network and create an effective way to track and report contract sales to determine winners for various regional incentives.
Solutions
A new reporting system was built to support regional and field office incentive activities. The system allowed regional managers to configure incentives based on local market
conditions. The managers chose which parameters to apply, including product lines, program start/end dates, award point values and special bonus opportunities.
