Situation Overview
Client needed complete creative and logistical support to operate highly engaging business conferences in 12
cities over a three month period. The meeting content was marketing driven and extremely time-sensitive, so
planning speed was critical. Engaging communications elements, flawless operations and targeted logistical
support were key to the success of this program.
Solutions
The immediate need was for venue
research, negotiations and vendor
contracts; in less than three weeks EIM
had packaged the solution components,
mapped out the implementation
process and secured meeting venues
throughout the U.S. Next was the
development of an engaging program
theme and the production of custom
communications materials including a
website featuring online enrollment and
attendee management. EIM was also
instrumental in event production, staging, décor and executive speech writing.
