Situation Overview
Client sold products exclusively through independent insurance agencies nationwide and wanted to position its products as the products of choice with these agents. A luxury travel award was offered when agents met a predetermined level of productivity.

Solutions
A point-based award system was established based on policy sales to earn agents a free luxury international trip or cruise. To win, qualifying agents must have shown a profit for the past two out of three years or have a cumulative profit for the three-year period. Communications included printed materials and a website.

Results
Many agencies have achieved continued success in this program allowing them to participate in a yearly luxury travel award.
The increase in sales allowed the company to offer a second-tier travel award for newer agents based on a different set of criteria and award value.
